Welcome to www.wepe.io. Wepe.io is owned and operated by United Care Technologies Private Limited (UCTPL), a company incorporated under the laws of India. Wepe.io enables and facilitates inter alia (i) Customers to make monetary contributions/payments to the vendors or any other party (registered on the UCTPL marketplace) through the Platform to get product/service on their behalf (ii) vendors or any other party (registered on the UCTPL marketplace) to fundraise from the crowd to support any approved Campaigns, (iii) marketing and outreach for the foregoing Campaigns and facilitating their fundraise for the vendors or any other party (registered on the UCTPL marketplace), (iv). These Terms of Use govern Your access to and use of every content, functionality, or services offered on or through wepe.io
By your (You or Your) accessing, browsing, and/or use of wepe.io, You accept and agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms of Use). The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern wepe.io relationship with You. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before proceeding. You declare Your willingness to abide and be bound by these Terms of Use through Your use of wepe.io. If You do not agree with the Terms of Use, please do not use wepe.io. These Terms of Use (which may be updated at the sole discretion of UCTPL without intimation) will be effective immediately upon Your acceptance of Our terms and conditions, Your use of wepe.io being indicative of such acceptance. These Terms of Use shall be enforceable against You in the same manner as any other written agreement.
General
These Terms of Use comprise the full and complete agreement between You and UCTPL with respect to the use of wepe.io and supersedes and cancels all prior communications, understandings and agreements between You and UCTPL, whether written or oral, expressed or implied with respect thereto. Nothing herein creates any power or authority or any party nor does anything herein contain any provision to assume or create any obligation or responsibility on any party on behalf of each other. The Terms of Use will not be construed to create or imply any partnership, agency or joint venture relationship.
UCTPL shall be entitled to assign their rights and obligations hereunder to any affiliate, third party, or as part of any restructuring, business combination, merger, or acquisition without any prior notice provided to any other party.
Any notice to be given in connection with these Terms of Use shall be delivered via email to wepe.io at hello@wepe.io or to You at the email address provided by You in Your profile. You consent to the use of electronic communications in order to the electronic delivery of notices in relation to any matter under these Terms of Use.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a booking. We invite you to review our Cancellation and Refund Policy. The following terms are applicable for any services that you booked with Us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
We don’t entertain the cancellation, But in cases where an order was booked by mistake or was duplicated due to technical issues from our Payment gateway partner, You can reach out to us for an order cancellation request over email at hello@wepe.io. Any such requests should be raised in 3 days from order booking. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any orders that do not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
Conditions for Refund
Services once booked and performed can’t be refunded. Services booked but not performed can only be canceled as per the cancellation terms mentioned in the respective services.
